About Jennifer

Jennifer - I Do EventsJennifer’s leadership experiences and organizational skills make her a fabulous asset to the I Do Events team. She served as a hard-working assistant for over a year and we are now happy to welcome her as an Associate. Jennifer received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University. Upon completion, she worked 13 years as a manager in the restaurant business where she learned the ins and outs of fine dining and wine and achieved numerous Wine Spectator Awards. During her tenure at the restaurant she organized many private events and loved creating “happy occasions” for her clients.

Jennifer also serves as the wedding coordinator at First Presbyterian Church. She loves giving back to the community and currently serves as board treasurer for two non-profits, the Community Care Clinic of Highlands-Cashiers and the Highlands Emergency Council. “At the end of the day it’s all about helping people. What’s most important is a smile on someone’s face, be it from helping to plan the perfect wedding or something simpler, I know I can say job well done.”
